Walker Movements and FleetEX coming to Convoy in the Park

Walker Movements and sister company FleetEX are coming to Convoy in the Park at Donington Park this weekend with a range of trucks and much more.

A range of premium used tractor units and tippers from manufacturers including Scania, Daf and Volvo will be on the stands, including the Truck & Driver Help for Heroes Scania tractor unit and Walker Show Trailer.

In addition, Walker Movements and FleetEX’s stand will feature the much-loved ‘Beat the Bar’ competition, along with guest performances from the Walker Movements/Truck & Driver health and fitness campaign ambassador Vicky Hadley. Many Walker Movements customers and website visitors and Truck & Driver readers will be familiar with Vicky’s regular video series highlighting simple exercises that truck drivers can do without going to the gym, as well as giving tips on how to eat more healthily.

Vicky will be on the stand and showcasing some fitness skills, techniques and be leading visitors through some great demos.

A plethora of promotional offers and giveaways shall be available throughout the 2 day event with a whole host of both Walker Movements & Fleetex Team Members on hand to meet, greet and talk all things trucks.

The Walker Movemets/FleetEX stand is directly next to the stage viewing area, among all of the action.

The companies are just one of numerous companies that are exhibiting at Convoy in the Park – there will be eight manufacturers represented – along with a range of accessories providers, model truck retailers and much more.

Convoy in the Park also has a full schedule of racing on both days, led by the British Truck Racing Association Championship. Also featuring are the Legends, Britcar Endurance Championship, Pickup Truck Championship and 2CV Championship.

There is also plenty to do off-track too, with live music, comedy (Saturday night only), fairground rides, children’s entertainment and much more for all the family.
